RESOLUTION HONORING RICHARD CARR
RESOLUTION #03-97
WHEREAS, Richard Carr has been an active member of the Recipient Rights Committee of the Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Community Mental Health Board from January of 2000 through April of 2003; and
WHEREAS, Richard has represented the rights of persons with mental illness and developmental disabilities tirelessly during his tenure on the committee; and
WHEREAS, Richard will be remembered for his contributions to Community Mental Health and to the consumers for whom he advocated.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Ingham County Board of Commissioners hereby honor Richard Carr for his dedication, commitment and his years of service with the Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Community Mental Health and Recipient Rights and for the contributions he has made to the community.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board wishes him continued success in all of his future endeavors.
